Kichen Basket delivers only inside the pincodes shown as serviceable in the app, and only within the delivery radius set for your area. Enter your pincode or let the app read your location to see whether we reach you.
Delivery is charged by distance between the store and your address. A base charge covers the first stretch, and a fixed amount is added for each further slab of distance. The exact charge for your order is shown on the bill before you pay, and free delivery may apply above a cart value we set.
Estimated delivery time is shown before you order. It depends on how long the store takes to prepare, the distance and the traffic. It is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Please be reachable on the number you gave us. Where a delivery OTP is switched on, give the 4 digit code to the delivery partner only when your order is in your hand.
If nobody can be reached at the address, the delivery partner will attempt a call and wait briefly before leaving. Such an order may be treated as delivered and is not refundable.
If an order is not delivered, tell us the same day. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for what you get back.
